The winning bidder of this item may choose from items in the Architectural Collection Catalog.  The winning bidder can choose one entry door system to have installed within their home.  Choosing style, Glass, Stain color, and available size and configuration within the catalog.  Value up to $13,000 (pre tax) (This does not include new hardware.  Existing hardware can be repurposed, or new hardware can be installed but obtained by other sources)

Sierra Door and Trim will provide the field measurements and installation of the Door system.  They will transfer and install existing hardware or new hardware(obtained by homeowner).  They will also dispose of existing door(s). Value $2000

Please note that install does not include. Reframing of opening.  Making the opening larger or smaller. Finishing of exterior or interior finishes.(ie floors, transitions, exterior siding, stucco repair, etc.) Any “unforeseen” or hidden damages not visible upon inspection.
